To locate your key number, follow the following steps:

  1. 3-4 digit number etched on the metal collar located around the key hole (Figure 1).
  2. This same 3-4 digit number is also etched on the key itself (Figure 2).

How many keys do I receive with my order?

All orders for replacement keys come with two (2) keys.

Cannot seem to locate my key number. What do I do?

It's ok! We are here to help. If the attached image is not of help, complete our contact form with as much info as possible. Will reply with next steps.

My key is sold out. What do I do?

Our apologies! Keys do sell out from time to time. Kindly submit a contact form with your information. We will follow-up with next steps.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay.

Do you accept a paper check?

No, we no longer accept eChecks or paper checks. All mailed checks received will be returned to sender.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our warehouse aims to ship all orders within three (3) business days from receipt. Orders received after 1 pm Eastern time will not be eligible to ship until the following business day. 

Standard shipping normally takes up to ten (10) days. Next day and 2nd day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
